Sarah is a graduate of Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy.
Sarah has treated a host of patients from Olympians to the person next door recognizing that the scope and the possibilities for wellness for all individuals can be unlocked through the osteopathic practice. Over years of offering massage treatments, Sarah’s interest in Osteopathy began to grow as she wanted to extend and offer alternative treatments to her clients to open the depth of approaches that could guide wellness to individuals. Having had a long history of receiving osteopathic treatments from childhood, Sarah experienced first hand how these treatments positively affected her well being and was eager to share this possibility with her patients.
In addition to her foundation training, Sarah has taken three levels of functional neurology which includes concussion protocols, treatments and follow up home care. As well, she has qualifications in cupping, acupuncture, lymphatic drainage and myofacial stretching. Complimenting these qualifications she is also a 200 hr certified Yoga teacher, Koren specific technique, Elite Master of Bio Energy Synchronization Technique, Osteo-Articular Mobilizations , Advanced Visceral Manipulations and a specialty in Dr. Jealous D.O teachings of Biodynamics.

Sarah has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2000 when she graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Her massage career led her around the world, working in 5-star hotels and destination spas in the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Canada.
Always expanding her techniques, Sarah is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage, La Stone Therapy, Sports Therapy, Pre Natal Massage, Acupuncture, Accunect, BEST Technique, and Body Talk.

Felix is the latest addition to the team, where his eager enthusiasm always brightens up the office. Always ready for a challenge, Felix diligently checks all beams of sunlight for safety and blankets for softness. Felix is looking forward to welcoming you on arrival.
